Holistic psychotherapy for adults integrating Somatic therapy, Expressive Arts, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
Heal the Roots. Reclaim the Self.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe in your innate capacity for healing. My practice blends grounded clinical expertise with a warm, intuitive approach to create a therapeutic space that is steady and transformative. Through Individual Psychotherapy, Somatic Therapy, and Expressive Arts, integrated with Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, we move beyond the surface to uncover and reclaim your most authentic and expressed self.
Meet Elenore
Grounded in Clinical Expertise. Guided by Attunement.
Healing is a return to wholeness, not simply the management of symptoms. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my work is rooted in clinical training and guided by deep attunement to the body, nervous system, and lived experience. I believe healing occurs when mind, body, and inner truth come into relationship and alignment.
My role is not to impose solutions, but to offer a steady, contained space where you can listen to what your body and inner life are already communicating, and learn to respond with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Healing the Roots
I was drawn to this work through witnessing the limitations of traditional talk therapy alone. To truly reclaim the self, we must move beyond the surface and tend to the deeper patterns beneath symptoms. My practice is a container that honors your history, your strengths, and the dynamics of the present moment. Whether through Somatic Therapy, Expressive Arts, or Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, we work together to uncover root causes and support authentic, lasting change.
The Path to Repatterning
My approach is deeply relational and transformation-oriented. I offer both professional guidance and somatic tools to help repattern emotional and nervous system cycles that no longer serve you. Drawing from my background in clinical counseling and Expressive Arts, I support you in translating pain into teacher, so you can embody a life marked by greater resilience, freedom, and joy.

My Services
-
This is a one-on-one relational space designed for deep self-discovery and to create lasting and meaningful change. By integrating somatic awareness and insight, we work to understand the roots of your current experiences. We focus on repatterning the emotional and cognitive cycles that no longer serve you, helping you move through trauma and transitions to find a more authentic way of moving through the world and being your most aligned self.
-
Expressive Arts Therapy invites healing through creativity rather than words alone. Using art-making, movement, writing, imagery, and ritual, this approach helps access emotional wisdom that often lives beyond language. No artistic experience is needed, what matters is curiosity, presence, and a willingness to explore.
Sessions are gently guided and responsive to what emerges in the moment. Creative processes are used to support emotional regulation, deepen self-understanding, and make space for integration after periods of stress, transition, or therapeutic work. The art itself becomes a mirror, revealing patterns, resources, and new possibilities.
Expressive Arts Therapy can be especially supportive for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, or who sense there is something important to be expressed but not yet named. The work is grounding, intuitive, and honoring of your inner rhythm, allowing insight and healing to unfold organically over time.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I offer a safe, professionally supported container for deep emotional processing. This modality facilitates neuro-repatterning, creating a window of neuroplasticity to shift deep-seated habits and navigate profound life transitions. To facilitate and feel a stronger connection to oneself and the greater collective. Note: I provide preparation and integration as a stand-alone service or as a supplement to ongoing therapy.

This is a one-on-one relational space designed to support the integration of insights from psychedelic or expanded states of consciousness into everyday life. By integrating somatic awareness and reflective inquiry, we work to understand how these experiences live in the body, emotions, and inner landscape. Together, we explore and weave parts of the self that may feel fragmented, overwhelming, or unclear, focusing on grounding insight into lived experience. This work supports repatterning emotional and cognitive cycles that no longer serve you, helping you move through transitions, trauma, and periods of transformation toward a more coherent, embodied, and authentic way of being.
Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP)
The Process: Preparation, Session, & Integration
-
Before any medicine work begins, we build a strong relational foundation. We focus on clarifying your intentions, discussing somatic tools for grounding, and ensuring your system feels safe and prepared for the journey ahead.
-
In a safe and professionally supported container, the medicine acts as a catalyst. The medicine session is designed to soften and highlight psychological defenses, providing a multidimensional perspective on your life and helping to dissolve protective and rigid patterns and emotions that are no longer needed. By clearing these patterns, we make space for your authentic self to come through and to be expressed in presence.
-
This is where the true "reclaiming of the self" happens. We work together to weave the insights and shifts experienced during the session into your daily life. Integration focuses on repatterning your habits, relationships, and self-narrative to ensure the healing becomes a sustainable part of your whole being.

Frequently Asked Questions
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
-
Ketamine assisted therapy is effective for three distinct reasons:
The Biochemical Element: It acts on glutamate receptors to trigger neuroplasticity, which changes how brain regions respond to emotional stimuli and allows for new behavioral patterns.
The Experiential Element: The journey offers an altered state of consciousness—feeling freedom, perspective shifting, and radical acceptance—that can provide the first significant shift in your self-narrative.
The Meaning-Making: We integrate the positive psychological changes and catalyze insights into applications for your life, reprocessing your past and crafting your future.
-
Yes. Ketamine is a legal, FDA-approved medicine that has been used safely in medical settings for over fifty years. In a therapeutic context, we use sub-anesthetic doses in a controlled environment. We conduct a thorough medical screening to ensure your system is physically and psychologically ready for the experience
-
There are many risks in using ketamine in an unsupervised and non prescribed manner. In the way we work, the biggest risk of ketamine is that the pleasure state it can induce may be something people seek to keep chasing and have an addictive quality in that manner. The molecular profile of ketamine, however, is not addictive in nature and does not have the same addictive properties as opioids.
-
Ketamine is prescribed as a sublingual lozenge and mailed to you (in a temperature controlled pack) by a compounding pharmacy. There are several routes of administration for ketamine (most commonly but not limited to: lozenge, intravenous, intramuscular shot, nasal spray) but I only work with sublingual lozenges.
-
Ketamine medicine sessions (aka “journeys”) are 3 hours long. We prepare for about 30 minutes, sit with the medicine for about 90-120 minutes and integrate for about 30 minutes. Ketamine absorption varies from person to person and according to dose and generally takes from 45-90 minutes. The half-life of ketamine is 1.2 hours.
-
We determine the number of recommended sessions for you based on what you are presenting with and how you respond to treatment. In a ketamine assisted therapy format, we generally offer between 2 and 8 medicine sessions paced out over a period of time that feels appropriate to your body, your needs and to your specific course of treatment. In other words, this isn’t as prescriptive in nature as some other models. We develop a treatment plan specific to you.
-
Preparation and integration sessions may take place virtually, allowing for flexibility and continuity of care. However, all ketamine medicine sessions are conducted in person to ensure safety, attunement, and appropriate clinical support.
-
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended as you will be laying down; people usually enjoy wearing socks and layers. You are invited to bring any meaningful objects (like photos or tokens) for an altar and a journal. I will provide eye shades, pillows and blankets, beverages and snacks.
-
Immediately after a ketamine medicine session, you may feel dreamy, woozy, nauseous or tired. You may also feel energized and excited. Most likely, you will feel hungry. You may experience a “psychedelic afterglow” where positive mood, feelings of increased confidence, relief, inner peace, motivation, empathy and energy benefits may be felt as soon as the same day or the next day, and last for days to weeks after. Often you will sleep very well the night of your treatment.
Operating a vehicle after a medicine treatment is strictly prohibited so we will discuss transportation arrangements during our preparation.
-
Physically, ketamine has a high safety profile and so long as you are cleared during your medical evaluation, there are no safety concerns.
Journeying into non ordinary states of consciousness can certainly feel scary at first. Preparation is central to feeling safe during these processes and I will make sure that you are well supported and cared for during your journey.
